Abstract: 

Throughout history and in the contemporary world in particular, communications, as a social capital, has gained importance alongside natural, technological and human capitals. To inspire motivation and growth in employees and workers to realize organizational goals, every manager should therefore try to establish positive two-way communications in order to create an atmosphere of mutual understanding, satisfaction and harmonious relationships, and try to encourage mutual understanding and satisfaction among them.Islam is the gist of all revealed religions, for which all prophets of God have worked. The religion brought God’s Favors on humans to their fullest by the verse “This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as religion” (Al-Ma’idah: 3). However, the religion went through distortions and adverse events until Imam Ali’s rule brought it back to its original condition. Like every rule, Imam Ali’s rule needed officials and managers who were able to bring satisfaction among people using effective COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS, and thereby assist the government in reaching its goals by effective mutual relationships. This paper thus looks at different aspects of communication and COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS to then explore their role in Imam Ali’s rule.

Abstract: 

The goal of this study is investigating the relationship between COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS, COMMUNICATIVE patterns, conflict management styles and marital intimacy in Isfahanian women. In order to achieve to this, 200 women are selected from whole isfahanian ones by cluster random sampling to respond to questioners include the marital intimacy, Qeendoms communication SKILLS test-revised, interpersonal conflict management style(ICMSI),the communication patterns questionnaire (CPQ). For analyzing data, Pearson correlation is applied and multivariate regression for statistical analyzing is. The results of correlation show that all five dimensions of COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS (understanding verbal and nonverbal messages, listening, emotional regulation, being aware of communication process, assertiveness) have positive significant difference. There is significant correlation between all women s dimensions of COMMUNICATIVE patterns (mutual constructive communication, mutual avoidance communication, demand! withdraw communication) and marital intimacy, too. There is correlation between five aspects and marital intimacy except avoidant style. Finally predicting equation of women's marital intimacy base on row scores is attained.

Abstract: 

Background and Purpose: Many studies suggest that nursing students experience high levels of stress in clinical settings. It seems that training of COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS can enhance the potentialities of nursing students cope with stress. Therefore, the present study was conducted to investigate the effect of COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS on the perceived stress of nursing students.Methods and Materials: This experimental study involved 26 cases and 30 controls from the population of nursing freshman participants from Mashad Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery in 2009-2010 (confidence interval 95%). Group allocation was conducted randomly. For the experimental group, a 10-hour workshop on COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS was provided. Data collection was done through a researcher-made questionnaire of stressors (r=0.834). The obtained data were analyzed in SPSS using paired t-test, independent t-test, chi-square, Kruskall-Wallis and Mann Whitney U tests.Results: Mean perceived stress before training in the experimental and control groups were 43.69±22.24 and 47.03±14.36 respectively, which suggests no significant difference. However, after training, the corresponding figures came out to be 28±19.66 and 43.47±16.64 respectively, with a statistically significant difference (p=0.002).Conclusion: The results indicated that training of COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS reduced the perceived stress of nursing students.

Abstract: 

The aim of the present research was to assess the effectiveness of COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS based on Islamic views on married couple's satisfaction. The research method was semi-empirical with pretest post test and follow-up test, which was held on the control group. Research statistic population included couples in Isfahan city in the year 2010. The research sample included about thirty couples and were selected randomly and placed in two groups: Experimental and control. The instrument used was a 47 items questionnaire of Enrich (2010).Experimental interference (COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS based on Islamic views) was held on the experimental group in six sessions, each session lasted ninety minutes once a week. After finishing the educational program, post-test and the follow-up test was held after the post-test in both groups after one month.For analyzing the data, multi variance and covariance were used (mancova) analysis. Results show that teaching of COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS base on Islamic views was affective in the improvement of married couple's satisfaction in post-test and follow- up (P<0.01).

Abstract: 

Introduction: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the puppet play therapy intervention on COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS of autistic children.Materials and Methods: This research has implemented in the shape of quasi-experimental designs with pre-post test and control group as a design based action research method. The preschool age autistic children of Mashhad city was our statistical population that ten patients out of them have allocated in control and intervention group who were participated in puppet play therapy intervention in 2009-2010. The Early Social-Communication Scales (ESCS) was performed in before and after intervention. The data were analyzed by The U Mann-Whitney and The wilcoxon’s Signed-Ranks Tests.Results: Findings indicate that in terms of total score of ESCS, there is significant differences between groups (P=0.009). Also on eye contact subscales, initiating behavioral requests (P=0.012), low-level behavioral requests (P=0.012), responding to social interaction (P=0.015), over all initiating behavioral requests (P=0.011), and requests implementation (P=0.005), puppet play therapy intervention group has significant differences. About achievement (P=0.335), initiating requests (P=0.214), pointing to objects (P=1.00), and give objects (P=0.74) subscales, there is no significant differences. Qualitative findings from the parental reports also indicate that intervention may be effective.Conclusion: The results indicate that puppet play therapy has been effective for achievement of COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS of autistic children.

Abstract: 

Background and Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS training with vicarious learning approach on high school students’aggression reduction.Method: The study method was quasi-experimental, carried out through pretest-posttest design with control group. The research population was high school male student mothers in Shahriar city. The sample group consist of 30 ones of mothers whom their children had gained maximum score in Aggression questionnaire were accessibly selected and randomly assigned to control (n=15) and experimental (n=15) groups. The experimental group participated in 8 training sessions (90 minutes weekly sessions) while the control group received no intervention. At last the post- test was applied for children. The analysis of the results was performed using the independent T test.Results: Communication SKILLS training to parents with learning pattern substitution reduces aggression groups were tested.Conclusion: It indicates that COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS training with vicarious learning approach significantly results in reducing total score of aggression as well as reducing the sense of aggression, thinking for aggression and aggression behavior (p<0.05).

Abstract: 

The purpose of the present study was to determine the effectiveness of training package based on the religious-psychological education on COMMUNICATIVE skill and control aggression. Sampling method is a voluntary sampling. The research method was a quasi-experimental study with pretest-posttest control group. The study population consisted of all married women in regions 11 and 12 in Tehran is at least one year and a maximum fifteen years of married life passed. The sample of study consisted of thirty-six married women in regions 11 and 12 in Tehran who were randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups. The pre-test was administered to both groups .Then, experimental group trained seven sessions under the package was designed based on religious–psychology. Interpersonal communication SKILLS (Monagemzadeh, 1391), and aggression AGQ (Arnold H. Buss and Perry, 1992) were conducted in control and experimental groups before and after the intervention. In order to compare pre-test and post-test, analysis of covariance was used. The final results show that the training package was designed based on religious –psychology, has a positive effect on COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS and control aggression.

Abstract: 

Aim: This study intends to research the leadership styles (relationship oriented, task oriented) and communication SKILLS (wordiness, listening, and feedback) of managers and their effects on employees mental health at NajaValiasr Hospital in Tehran.Materials and Methods: This was a cross-sectional, descriptive study conducted in 1389 that enrolled 285 cases of hospital managers and employees. Subjects were selected by a relative random classical sampling procedure. The instruments used in this study were: i) Metzecas Standard Leadership Style Questionnaire; ii) Barton G.E.COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS; and iii) GHQ-28, a mental health questionnaire. Data were analyzed by means of descriptive and inferential statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient test, multipul regression test and the MANOVA test by SPSS16.Results: There was no significant relationship between leadership style and COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS of managers with relation to employees' mental health. There was a positive association between relationship-oriented style and the social malfunction of mental health, which was significant (P<0.05). Leadership style and communication SKILLS of managers were not significant predictors for employee mental health (P>0.05). According to the different dimensions of mental health, the dimension of depression differed significantly among males and females (P<0.05).Conclusion: Based on the research findings, conducting workshops to familiarize managers with leadership styles and their impacts as well as workshops for improving employee mental health are recommended.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of teaching socio-COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS on accountability and adaptation with school in students. The statistical population of this study was 100 male high school male students. From the statistical population, using random sampling method and Based on the California California Psychological Responsibility Questionnaire (Magaraghi, 1972) And Student Adaptation Questionnaire (Sins & Singh, 1993) at the top, 60 people with entry criteria were our statistical sample. The 60 subjects were randomly assigned to two groups of 30 subjects The experimental group received 8 sessions of 90 minutes of instruction in social-communication SKILLS and the control group was placed on the waiting list. Also, covariance analysis was used to analyze the data and to speed up the results of SPSS-21 software. The results of this study showed that social-communicational SKILLS training significantly increased responsibility And adapting to school in students. In other words, students will increase their attendance at socio-communication SKILLS, responsiveness, and adaptation sessions.
